The main temple is dedicated to Amitabha Buddha, while the others are devoted to Jampelyang (Manjushri), Tsongkhapa (founder of the Gelugpa school of Tibetan Buddhism), and Migjid Janraisig (Avalokiteshvara).

The monastery also houses an impressive collection of Buddhist art and artifacts. In particular, don’t miss the collection of thangkas (Tibetan painted scrolls) in the main temple.

Erdenezuu Monastery is open daily from 8am to 6pm. Admission is 10,000 MNT per person.
